About
Rachel Gibbs is an illustrator and graphic designer based in Florida. Her works mainly focus on digital illustrations and designs built from the ground up with programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Clip Paint Studio, and Paint Tool Sai. Many of her works strive to create scenes and designs that blend semi-realistic styles with cartoon and anime visuals that best bring out her sense of mark-making and atmosphere.
Graduating from the University of West Florida, Rachel holds a BFA in Studio Art.
Rachel currently is a Design and Communication Coordinator at the University of West Florida.
In The Art Gallery (T.A.G.) at the University of West Florida, Rachel has exhibited countless works in various exhibitions, including The Semi-Annual Pop Up Exhibition from 2019-2021, TAGGED juried exhibition in 2021, and Synthesis in 2021. Select works have also been exhibited at the Pensacola Museum of Art as well as Webster Arts’ online exhibition in Missouri.
