Design Process

The focal goal is to create a new character design for the University of West Florida’s Campus Activity Board that is refreshing, mythical, and fun for both students and faculty; a new take on the university’s mascot story with Jason and the Argonauts. With this in mind, each step of the design process looks to merge color, linework, and effects that push viewers to want to engage with events in an inviting manner without coming off as stiff and academic.
